H3Vid is an AI-powered platform that enables users to generate videos, images, and music. The Service currently offers one-time credit packs as shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

3. Account Registration

Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security

Account Responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You are liable for all activities under your account

4. Credits and Payment

One-Time Credit Packs

• Each credit pack includes the number of credits, validity period, features, and price shown on the pricing page
• Each purchase is charged once and does not create a subscription or renew automatically
• Prices and pack contents are confirmed before checkout and may change for future purchases

Payment Terms

• Payments processed through secure third-party providers
• Refunds available according to our refund policy
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Credit Validity and Refunds

• One-time credit pack purchases do not require cancellation
• Purchased credits remain available until used or until the validity period displayed at purchase expires
• Refund eligibility is governed by our refund policy

5. Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted Uses

• Create original works using our AI tools
• Share generated content according to these Terms

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Generate pornography, nudity, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, obscene, or other NSFW content
• Generate graphic violence, gore, content that glorifies terrorism, or instructions that facilitate physical harm
• Generate hate speech, discriminatory abuse, or content that promotes violence against a protected group
• Generate, request, possess, or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized depictions of minors, grooming content, or any other child-unsafe material
• Create content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other intellectual property and personal rights
• Create deceptive deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that impersonates a real person without authorization
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer our AI models
• Exceed usage limits or abuse system resources

Content Guidelines

• No hate speech, violence, or discriminatory content
• No adult content involving minors — strictly prohibited
• No sexually explicit, nude, or NSFW content generation is permitted under any circumstances, including paid tiers
• No content intended to deceive or manipulate
• Respect copyright and trademark laws

Content Moderation and User Reports

H3Vid uses a combination of automated safeguards, safety controls supplied by underlying model providers, and human review. Prompts may be screened before generation, provider safety systems may reject requests or outputs, and reported or otherwise flagged content may be reviewed before or after it is displayed or delivered. Automated controls can make mistakes and do not replace each user's responsibility to follow these Terms.

• Report suspected violations to [email protected]. Include the account email, task or content identifier, the reason for the report, and any relevant evidence.
• We log reports and review the relevant prompt, generated output, account history, surrounding context, and available safety signals. We may request additional information when needed.
• We aim to complete an initial review within three business days. Reports involving child safety, credible threats, or other urgent harm are prioritized for immediate escalation.
• Depending on severity and history, we may block generation or delivery, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, or permanently ban repeat or severe offenders.
• We may preserve relevant records and report content or conduct to service providers, rights holders, or law-enforcement authorities when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users and the public.
• To appeal a moderation decision, email [email protected] within seven days with the affected task identifier and an explanation. A reviewer will reassess the decision and respond when the review is complete.

AI Model and Output Disclosure

H3Vid uses third-party generative AI models. Music generation uses MiniMax Music 3.0, provided by MiniMax. Other available tools may use MiniMax H3 and H3 Max, Seedance, Veo, Kling, Wan, Nano Banana, GPT Image, Seedream, or Flux. The model name shown in the generation interface identifies the model selected for that task. Available models may change as capabilities, safety, licensing, and reliability evolve.

Content produced through the Service is AI-generated. Users must review generated outputs before publishing or relying on them and must not imply that H3Vid is endorsed by an underlying model provider.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you create using our Service
• You grant us a license to process and store your content
• You are responsible for ensuring your content doesn't infringe others' rights

Our Service

• H3Vid owns or licenses the platform software, design, content, and branding; underlying AI models remain the property of their respective providers
• Our trademarks and branding are protected
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our technology

Generated Content

• AI-generated content may not be subject to copyright protection
• You are responsible for verifying the originality of generated content
• We make no warranties regarding intellectual property status

7. Privacy and Data

8. Service Availability

Uptime

• We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime

Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold H3Vid harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
